If any frozen product arrives partially thawed or damaged, do not sell the product. Please contact Mexim immediately with details and photos so we can assess and advise on next steps.
Yes. Processed frozen foods should remain frozen until ready for sale or preparation. Always follow storage instructions on the packaging and comply with local food safety regulations.
